Twilio & NodeJS: NodeJS service require unit testing in JEST for the Twilio integration part

Twilio knowledge is mandatory to have!
This project is for a single developer which has Knowledge of Twilio and NodeJS.
The project is a service that is a part of a multi-service environment and due to this reason, the project cannot be run stand-alone but only be tested by JEST mocking the requests/responses and so on.
The project was initially tested by the JASMINE library but now the requirement is to convert the JASMINE part to be JEST only.
To be able to work on this project you need to know what Twilio is and how it works, and how can be tested.
Upon discussion, the developer will receive the information about the responses/requests which will be mocked.
The service has other sections but the only requirement is to make the unit test for the Twilio part.
Jasmine's already present tests can be used as a reference to convert to Jest.
