The current system sends SMS to customers, but only text messages.
It's developed in Twilio and Node.js, I want to add the "Accept" and "Reject" ability to an SMS notification.
a. if the customer clicks on "Accept", his status will be changed to "Accepted" in DB
b. if "Reject", it will be "Rejected".
