Twilio Cloud Base Call Center Web App

Looking to build a cloud based call center web app using Twilio API on AWS server, for inbound and outbound calls.

Skills:
React.js / React Native / Node.js -- FrontEnd UI & BackEnd
MySQL -- DB
WebSocket -- Pushed data in real time into the web app.

Some features:
- Various routing rules
- Analytics reports
- Web based dialer
- Time clock management

Design will be provided.
Must have experience with Twilio API & building web based call centers.
