Troubleshoot Next.js / Node.js Slow Loading Times

We have a Native Android/iOS app that has been developed and also the Web part is done using next.js
The app allows user to fill in details and upload profile and other personal information and they have the option of viewing all this information in on a website which is developed in next.js
Database is using Firebase

as you can see the load times are really slow, so we are looking for someone to look into this and try and speed things up, we are able to provide the source code for the web files if need be so we looking for a next.js developer
The Server is using Vercel and runs slow on it, we have even moved it to another provider using a very powerful VM (16GB RAM, 4 VPCPU) and still it runs slow so we thinking its possibly to do with the code or libraries!
Backend is using Firebase
