Project Overview

We are building a next-generation tourism marketplace platform where customers post trip requests and vendors submit competing offers. The system includes web, mobile apps, backend APIs, AI integration, payments (escrow), and real-time communication.

This is a serious project with a complete technical specification already prepared. Developers must review the full document before submitting a proposal.

Project Scope

The platform includes:

* Customer mobile app (trip requests, booking, payments, reviews)
* Vendor mobile app (offers, bookings, earnings dashboard)
* Admin web panel (approvals, analytics, moderation)
* Backend API (Node.js, scalable, API-first architecture)
* AI integration (itinerary generation + vendor matching)

Proposal Options

You can submit your proposal in one of the following ways:

* Phase 2: Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)

Important Requirements (Read Carefully)

1. No Generic or Copy-Paste Proposals
Only serious developers/teams should apply.
Start your proposal with the word: “Tourism Platform” to confirm you have read this.

2. Proposal Submission Process (Mandatory)

* All proposals and communication must be submitted through the Freelancer platform chat system only
* Do not share external links, emails, or attempt to move communication outside the platform at this stage
* Any proposal not following this will be rejected

3. Technical Understanding
You must review the provided specification and explain:

* Your approach to architecture
* Suggested improvements (if any)
* Final technology stack (no ambiguity)

4. GitHub Code Ownership (Mandatory)

* All code must be managed via GitHub
* Repository must be under our account
* Full access from day one
* Clean, structured, and regularly committed code
* Proper documentation required

5. Milestone-Based Development

* Project will be divided into multiple milestones (not generic stages)
* Each milestone must have clear deliverables
* Payment released only after testing and approval

6. API-First Architecture

* Backend must be scalable and mobile-ready
* APIs must be documented and reusable

7. Quality Over Speed

* Unrealistic timelines will be rejected
* Provide a realistic timeline with explanation

8. Experience Requirement

* Proven experience in marketplace platforms, booking systems, or similar
* Experience with payment gateways (Stripe or similar)
* Experience with mobile apps (Flutter or React Native)

9. No Fake Accounts / Agencies Without Proof

* Provide portfolio links
* Provide real previous work (live links preferred)
* Be ready for a short technical discussion
