Tiny Express/Node JS app (client and server side needed)

I need a Node JS app.

I can deploy.
No, you can't have server access.

I need some JS to be run on the client side.

Goal:
- Get path to USER HOME folder as `home_dir' (client side)
- If home_dir/test.txt exists: (client side)
-- copy file contents to server-side as random_hash.txt (client side -> server side)

Basically copy a remote/client-side file and make a copy of it on server-side.

Store file/data in a way where existing data wont be overwritten.
(random hash / append to text file / database / etc)
