TikTok-like Component with UI Design and Features Integration

We are looking for a skilled react expo frontend and node backend developer to create a TikTok-like component with the following features:

- Add button to upload self-video with a song or pictures with a song.
- G-update button opens a placeholder screen for future app integration.
- Show previews of video and picture+song on the timeline.
- Clicking preview opens it in full-screen with playback.
- Show transparent Add and G-update buttons on full-screen.
- Display follow, like/dislike, tag, share, and comment options on full-screen.
- Allow swiping between videos and picture+song clips.
- Home icon on footer navigates to timeline screens.
- Default timeline screen opens after user login.
- Complete and connect remaining 3 timelines.
- Phone number sign-up/sign-in functionality on the login screen.
- Instant audio voice comments in the comments section (replacing pre-recorded voice).
- Enable multiple uploads of photos and videos on the current timeline upload feature.

Requirements:
- Include UI design as part of the development process.
- Test all interactions and flows thoroughly before publishing.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional app with all specified features integrated and tested.
2. Published updated app to Play Store for testing.
