Hello: We need a text chat portal by using Vuejs, Asp.net, Node. We are open for your alternate technology preference. This professional chat portal will have:
A: Signup/ Login, Profile by using PostgreSQL
B: Admin can see users list and block users
C: Admin can add moderators from users .
D: Users are allowed (by admin/moderators) to be listed on the left column at a certain time .
E: Each chat is saved by admin/moderator ( by clicking Save button) in pdf format (Chat Records) Chat Records can be viewed or printed by users and admin/moderators.
F: Text Chat should allow file upload option. More options will be better, On top of the chat box there will be a Video button.
Low budget but high quality work can earn you a long term client.
