Telegram Mini App Referral System Fix and On-chain task

We have successfully completed most of our Telegram mini app development; however, we are currently facing challenges with our referral system. The referral links are being generated, but they are not counting referrals, and points are not being distributed as intended. We need a developer to help us fix the referral system and also add two on-chain transaction tasks.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and fix the existing referral system to ensure correct counting and point distribution.
Implement two on-chain transaction tasks to facilitate efficient tracking of referrals and rewards.
Collaborate with our development team to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
