Position Overview

You will work closely with our product management and engineering teams to design and implement advanced features and integrations, using your expertise in NodeJS, DevOps, and MongoDB.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of our Conversational AI Platform using NodeJS, MongoDB, and DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define platform requirements and priorities.
Establish and maintain a high-quality codebase by implementing best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.
Mentor and guide the development team, ensuring the continuous improvement of their technical skills and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring that our Conversational AI Platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technical infrastructure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in NodeJS, MongoDB, and DevOps methodologies and tools, such as continuous integration, deployment, and infrastructure management.
Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and reliable software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies quickly.
