Supabase Database Access for Non-Users -- 2

I am searching for an expert in Supabase to help me provide non-users with access to some textual data.
I have deployed on vercel a basic example of todos script from supabase (https://github.com/supabase/supabase/tree/master/examples/todo-list/nextjs-todo-list).
Here is the scenario:
- User logs in and create a member. The member is not a user. The member has an identification code such as "ABCDEFG".
- The same user creates a to-dos item and assigns the new item to the member.
- The member can access a new page where he needs to enter his identification code ("ABCDEFG") to view the items.
Deliverable:
- create a new page with input field
- implement the RLS policy query
YOU MUST HAVE Proficiency in Role Based Access and RLS policy in Supabase
