Student Exam Evaluation AI Development

I'm looking for a competent professional to create an AI-powered tool that can effectively evaluate students' exams. The tool should be able to handle the following tasks:
- Automatically grade exams: The core functionality of the AI should be to automatically and accurately grade exams. This includes both multiple-choice and short answer exams.
- Uploading Questions and Answers: The tool should allow for easy uploading of exam questions and their respective answers in a way that is intuitive and user-friendly.
- Uploading Students' Exam Sheets: There should be a section where students can upload their exam sheets.
- Providing Analysis Functions: The AI should offer various analysis functions to help better understand the exam results. Some of these functions could include statistical analysis, performance trends over time, etc.
- SAAS Platform.
I'm open to recommendations for the most suitable AI platform or framework to achieve this. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI development, particularly in the context of educational applications, and have a proven track record of creating similar tools. Experience with platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch or OpenAI GPT-3 could be advantageous, though not mandatory.
