Streamline Business ERP

I'm looking for a technically skilled freelancer to develop an ERP system that fulfills the following needs, but note that I specifically need my ERP in PERN stack ( Postgres SQL, Express, React, and Node.js) the candidate must have enough experience to not only develop but also deploy this project.
