Software Engineer for RentBabe – A Rent A Friend Platform

RentBabe is the #1 Rent A Friend platform in Asia, it is an innovative platform that connects people with virtual and in-person companionship services. We aim to provide a seamless and engaging user experience for both clients and service providers (companions).
We're looking for a talented full-stack developer (or a team) to build, optimize, and scale our platform. If you have experience working with marketplaces, social platforms, or booking systems, we’d love to hear from you!
✔️ Strong experience in full-stack development (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Laravel, or similar).
✔️ Experience with payment gateway integrations.
✔️ Background in marketplaces, booking platforms, or social networking apps.
✔️ Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or scalable cloud hosting.
✔️ Experience with real-time features (chat, notifications, live updates, WebSockets).
✔️ Knowledge of security best practices (data protection, encryption, user privacy).
? Bonus Skills:
UI/UX design experience for an intuitive platform.
Experience with AI-powered chatbots or matchmaking algorithms.
