What does theServer team do?
The Server Team builds high performance web applications and APIs for single page applications. The Team works closely with the Business Team to understand new requirements. The team constantly evaluates new technologies and upgrades the platform.
What does your day look like as a Software Development Lead at ZoomRx?
You will be the technical lead for a team that focuses on building software applications that scale well
Technical mentor for your team members. You will work closely with your peers, managers, product, design and operations teams to create solutions that meet business requirements
Be responsible for expanding the feature set of the platform in an extensible and scalable manner
Collaborate with other engineers to surface common pain points, develop solutions and evangelize best practices
Teach and groom junior developers and help them to produce great code
Constantly evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
What do we look for in you?
5+ years of experience in backend development
Strong coding skills any language like JS, PHP, Python, Java, Scala (or equivalent programming language)
Good understanding of web technologies
Experience in any back-end frameworks like Django, Laravel, CakePHP, Spring Boot, Express JS
Good understanding of Relational databases
Good command of API development and deployment, Algorithms, system design, OOPS concepts
Self-quick learner and passionate problem solver
