2 Smart Contracts, backend Nodejs & React Integration

We would like a programmer to create 2 smart contracts on the blockchain, (a token creation and a draw contract with integration with the created token and chainlink contracts). create a backend in nodejs, and integrate with frontend in react (it's already ready)

We need consultancy for this project flow on how to implement this on the blockchain and make important calls on the smart contract.
