Sleek Flutter App with Backend

I'm in the process of creating a Flutter-based mobile application that is both simple in design and robust in functionality, backed by a Node.js server. Here’s a quick rundown of what I'm envisioning for this project:
- User login using OTP Login ir using Google Auth Login.
- There are 5 roles - Student, Parent, Doctor, Admin, Super Admin
- Student can view upcoming and past consultations with doctors, can view all connected parents, and can book emergency consultations with doctors using emergency button with payment. Users need to select a payment plan for app usage.
- Parents can view past visits and upoming visits of connected children and can view connected children. Parents can choose or pay for student app plans.
- Doctor is responsible for routine (once a month) consultation with every student assigned to them. The can schedule unassigned consultation if they see fit, but every student must be consulted once every given period. Doctor can add notes and prescribe medicines. Only the doctor who added the note can view it. Doctor must also map various health params of users on a scale of 1-10 to be analysed later.
- Admin is responsible for managing users in bulk. They add, modify and remove users as required. They can view student usage statistics and health analytics entered by doctors. Admins can also keep track of students that have overdue consultations.
- Super admin is in charge of admins, app plans, payment tracking and other major functionality
