Simple web application for mobile phone. Without design.Node js + MongoDB

I'm looking for an artist for a small engine on Node js possible using Express js and MongoDB. The project should just run on a local computer. Web page that opens from a mobile. There you can write ToDo, then save it, it will be added to the database and when you go to the general page will be added to the list of all ToDos. It can be deleted or adjusted. No login required.
