Simple Simulcast App In Node.js

I'm looking for someone experienced who can help build me a simple web application that can simulcast to multiple Facebook and Youtube at the same time. We will use Mux video APIs. - https://docs.mux.com/api-reference/video#operation/list-live-streams

The product should be built using Vue.js in Frontend and Node.js, MongoDB in the backend.
