Web application to Scrape and compare new product updates and avoid duplicates, must have built in logic and translation capability between 2 existing sites and editable end user and admin interface. Must not interfere with live sites during the scrub process, import or export.
Node JS for the programming is preferable, and Heroku or AWS for hosting.
