Setup a private 3 node Ethereum BC in AZURE

We have ERC-721 & ERC20 Smart contracts that Mint & deploy. We are wanting to have our own private 3 node Ethereum blockchain where we can spin up ERC20 & ERC-721 token using our current SC but not have pay for those tokens. Our clients need lots of tokens and our thinking is if on our own private blockchain we only pay for the servers and storage AZURE cost. We will have millions of tokens. It needs to be private meaning a node we set up. We have our own wallet and smart contracts. We just a developer to set up private Ethereum nodes in AZURE.
