Setup CI pipeline to Google Cloud Run using GitHub Actions and Docker

We've just finished our new Express API and a Nuxt app and now want to set up a production environment and need some assistance deploying it to Google Cloud Run using GitHub Actions to have proper CI in place.
You need to have knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Actions, Docker, and some Node/ExpressJS know-how would be appreciated.
