Set up a simple GPT-3 App NodeJS

I need a simple gpt3 app using the GPT3 Completion API that someone can fill in a textarea and it will review what they wrote. Should be done in Nodejs and returns streamed responses. Should not take more than an hour to set up. Should show textarea for someone to paste their data and show response in expressJS. Doesnt have to look pretty its just a starting point example. Should not take you more than an hour or 2 to set up.
