Senior Node, React, React Native Developer Needed For NEMT

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React, AWS, and React Native. The ideal candidate must have strong security knowledge and be available during Mountain Time (MT), including weekends. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust back-end services and intuitive front-end applications. This is an ongoing role, and we need someone fluent in English with excellent communication skills who can work in Mountain Time (MT) and on weekends when needed.
Qualifications:
✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, React, React Native, and AWS.
✅ Strong background in Security (authentication, authorization, encryption, and best practices).
✅ Must have 100% job completion rate and strong client reviews on Upwork.
✅ Experience in NEMT Dispatch systems and Taxi apps is a must.

? We already have the app and website live—this is for ongoing feature development, maintenance, and optimizations.
? Ability to troubleshoot, secure, and enhance performance across web and mobile applications.
? Proactive problem solver with strong debugging skills.
