Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in full MERN stack development.
- Extensive experience with React and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of database management with MongoDB.
- Excellent communication skills for providing clear feedback.
- Prior experience in a mentoring or leadership role is a plus.
