Senior Full-Stack Developer for Affiliate System

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer proficient in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) to lead the development of a robust custom affiliate system. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing a scalable system that integrates seamlessly with our existing platform. You will be responsible for building a responsive landing page, an intuitive affiliate dashboard, an admin dashboard, and a secure promo code tracking system.
Responsibilities:
Architect and develop scalable full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Develop a high-performance and responsive front-end using React.js with modern state management techniques (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability using industry best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing codebase to improve reliability and maintainability.
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
