Senior DevSecOps Engineer Consultant
Senior DevSecOps Engineer capable of providing consulting expertise to Company Executives on the development and launch of the Enterprise Management System.
Candidate must possess expertise in both DevSecOps Practices and Enterprise-level System Design, Development, and Deployment.
Candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a secure and reliable system while ensuring compliance with Industry Standards and Government Regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with the Company Executives on the development and launch of an Enterprise Management System, including System Design, Architecture, and Deployment
• Develop and implement DevSecOps practices, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the enterprise management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Operations, Security, and Compliance, to implement and maintain the Enterprise Management System
• Design and implement Automation Tools and Processes to streamline System Deployment and Management
• Monitor and analyze System Performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement improvements to optimize the system's efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with Industry Standards and Government Regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
• Lead and mentor other DevSecOps Engineers and Developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the team's capabilities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in DevSecOps practices and Enterprise-level System Design and Development
• Proven ability to consult with Senior Executives on System Design, Architecture, and Deployment
• Strong knowledge of Security Principles and Practices, including Network and Application Security, Encryption, and Vulnerability Management
• Proficiency in Programming Languages such as Java, Python, and Ruby
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
