Searching for Proxy Developer

I am looking for someone that knows how to build Data Center (DC), Internal Service Provider (ISP) and residential proxies.

You should have knowledge in:
SSH
Squid
You should be able to build different proxy structures such as: ip:port or domain:port
Backend
Frontend

If you only know backend or frontend, please do not bother!
