I'm seeking a seasoned full-stack developer with a robust expertise in crafting scalable web applications using Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB. This project revolves around building an E-commerce platform, and the ideal candidate should possess a rich experience in:
- API Development & Integration: I need someone skilled in creating secure RESTful APIs, as this is the preferred method for this project. The developer should also be adept at integrating third-party services and managing authentication.
- Frontend & UI/UX: The platform should feature a responsive, user-friendly interface. Proficiency in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI libraries is essential.
- Database Management: Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases is vital for efficient data handling.
- Agile & Project Management: A strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and version control (Git/GitHub) is necessary for streamlined development and collaboration.
- Experience in implementing advanced search functionality using Elasticsearch or similar technologies.
- Skills in optimizing web application performance, including load balancing and caching mechanisms.
Essential features for the platform include user authentication, payment gateway integration, and an order tracking system.
