Sales Offer Generation App Development

We want to develop an app that helps in sales offer generation . We have built a fully functional React prototype of an internal Sales Offer Generation Platform used by our team .


The prototype is complete - all features, UI design, and business logic are built and working. We need a developer to
productionize it: add a backend database, API, proper PDF generation, file storage, and deploy it to a live URL.

What the Platform Does
• Agents generate premium 3-page PDF sales offers for clients
• Admin manages projects, unit types, payment plans, and availability
• 5 offer modes: Normal, Event/Special, All Plans PDF, Comparison Table, AI Recovery Plan
• Payment schedule calculation with complex DP/installment logic
• Multi-currency support: AED, USD fixed, plus live-rate extra currencies
• Comparison tables across 3 pages by currency
• AI-powered features using Claude API (Why Buy generation, Recovery plans)
• Role-based access: Admin vs Agent
• Watermark, hero images, floor plans, master plans on offers

Your Task
1 Database Design and set up PostgreSQL schema for all app data (users, projects, units, plans, offers, settings)
2 Backend API Build Node.js + Express REST API connecting frontend to database
3 File Storage Set up AWS S3 or Cloudinary for images and PDF storage
4 PDF Generation Implement server-side PDF using Puppeteer for pixel-perfect offer documents
5 Authentication JWT-based auth with bcrypt, role-based middleware
6 Deployment Deploy to DigitalOcean or AWS with SSL certificate
7 PWA Support Add manifest.json and service worker so agents can install on mobile home screen
