SaaS Platform - Full Stack Developer - Next.js / node.js

Hello,
I'm looking for a full stack developer to help develop a SaaS app which allows companies to register, search a local database, email users, and post jobs (immediate phases).
I have chosen a theme (Next.JS and React) which works quite perfectly with what I'm looking for. I also have a figma designer who already designed some of the work using this theme. If you have experience with mui.com themes, this would be a huge advantage.
I'm open to discuss the backend and database technologies. I have been suggested to use also Next.JS, Node.JS, or Laravel as backends. But, according to the author of the theme, next.js can be used for front and backend and I believe it should be built this way as it’s easier and if the app does require scale, then a new backend could be developed later.
I'm looking to have this developed as soon as possible (1 mth) if doable. The budget so far is a placeholder, we can discuss further.
