SQLite + File Association on Windows using Node and built with Electron

Hi,
I have a Node application that is correctly excecuting crud operations on a localhost database handled by MySqlWorkbench.
The goal of this milestone is switching it from reading/writing from the localhost database and use a SQLite file instead.
Then the node application should be built into an executable using Electron and associated the extension of the sqlLite file (I would like to use .mono) to be opened by the Node/Electron app.

Note for the freelancers:
I prefer to read few lines of your presentation you write especially for this project instead of a 20 rows of super-cool portfolio but that doesn't fit with my current needs.
