Resume Contact Information Removal

We have a job board service and we want our app. to be able to remove the name and contact information from a resume submitted in Word or pdf format and display it without that information. Once a user pays a fee, we want to display the contact information. The back-end of our app is in NodeJS and our mobile app is in React Native. We wold like this code to be in one of these languages and easy to integrate as a module with the rest of our code.
