Rental Property App & Website (Similar to 99acres) with Paid Contact Feature

I want to develop a mobile app (Android ) and a website for rental properties, similar to 99acres.

The main goal is to create a simple platform where users can easily find nearby rental properties.

**Key Features Required (App + Website):**

1. **User Registration & Login**

* Mobile number / OTP-based login

2. **Property Listing**

* Property owners can list their rental properties
* Add photos, rent, location, and details

3. **Location-Based Search (Important Feature)**

* Users should be able to see all rental properties within a 4 km radius of their current location
* Both map view and list view required

4. **Paid Contact Feature (Monetization)**

* Users must pay ₹19 to view the property owner’s contact number
* Payment gateway integration required (UPI, cards, etc.)

5. **Filters**

* Budget
* 1BHK / 2BHK / 3BHK
* Furnished / Unfurnished

6. **Admin Panel**

* Property approvals
* User management
* Payment tracking

7. **Notifications (Optional but Preferred)**

* Alerts for new properties

**Technical Requirements:**

* App + Website both required (responsive website)
* Single backend for both app and website
* Preferred: Flutter / React Native
* Backend: Node.js / Firebase / Django (open to suggestions)
* Google Maps API integration required

**Additional Notes:**

* UI should be simple and clean
* App and website should be scalable for future updates
