I'm looking for a dedicated and skilled MERN stack developer to enhance our employee portal with internal communication features. This is a long-term, remote position based in South America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work primarily on internal business tools, specifically our employee portal.
- Implement and improve internal communication features within the portal.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Excellent English communication skills (Portuguese is a plus).
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
- Ability to pass a technical interview.
