Redesign UI and also implement the same

I have my website written in Node.JS and Pug, I need to get it revamped in terms of UI. The functionalities will remain the same for every module. Looking out for an experienced full stack dev who should also know UI designing.

Note - I dont have any figma/prototype in place. So it will be the responsibility of the developer himself.
