Rebuild a nodejs project

I would like to rebuild a nodejs project which is based on the steem blockchain

The existing projects allows
1) steem users to create Smart media tokens on top of steem blockchain
2) Automate building condenser
3) Create NFT's
4) Transfer tokens between steem users
5) stake tokens
4) upvote and downvote posts like in the steem blockchain
6) parse steem blockchain json data to interpret blockchain basics


Knowledge of NFT , smart contracts , graphene based chains like steem , hive and eos is must
