Realtime NodeJs Service & (EVM) Blockchain Integration

I need to develop a service which utilises websockets of n amount of crypto currency exchanges which aggregates the prices of chosen crypto currencies and then submits these prices to a smart contracts on an EVM based blockchain (already deployed). This is primarily a NodeJS project but needs to integrate with blockchain as per previous description.

Highly valued if you have experience with Web3 libraries such as Web3.js or Ethers.js as well as CCXT library.

Example code can be provided and I'll be available for communication. Looking for someone available immediately.

NOTE: This is not a smart contract project.
