Real Estate Platform Development

Job ID: 37767995

Budget: $250 – $450 USD

I'm in the process of creating an innovative classified real estate platform with the primary goal of connecting buyers and sellers while simultaneously showcasing property listings from various agencies and brokers. To achieve this, I'm seeking a talented full-stack developer who specializes in React for the frontend and has proficiency in either Node.js or Python for the backend.

**Key Features Required:**
- **Advanced Search Filters:** A robust filtering system to enable users to search listings based on location, price, property type, and other relevant parameters.
- **Property Listing Pages:** Detailed pages for each listing that include photographs, descriptions, pricing, and any other necessary information.
- **User Messaging System:** An inbox-based messaging system that allows for communication between buyers and sellers, complemented by a push notification system to alert users of new messages or updates.

**Skills and Experience:**
- Strong proficiency in developing front-end applications using React.
- Solid experience in backend development, preferably with Node.js or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to implement advanced search functionality and efficient database structures for handling numerous listings.
- Experience in creating secure, real-time messaging systems and integrating push notification services.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This project is ideal for a developer looking to leverage their full-stack development skills to build a high-impact platform from the ground up. The final product should offer an intuitive, user-friendly experience that simplifies the process of buying, selling, and browsing real estate listings. If you have a passion for development and the skills to bring this vision to life, I'd love to hear from you.
