ReactJS and NodeJS Simple Project

I have a small software development company and I need help to start a new project here in Brazil.
It's a Small project to be started from scratch in reactJS and nodeJS.
I have all the layout well specified and it sticks with colors, typography, theme and components.
It is a system in which the user chooses a service and contracts by making the payment.
An email sent to the service price so that it performs the service contracted by the customer.
This project needs to be developed in React and Node specifically in the project architecture that we'll provided.
