React native app issues fixing

Hello, I have an existing React Native app, i need to have some issues fixed, and additional 1-2 features.
its a handyman app, already running on android and IOS, the android app is almost has no issues
i need you to make the same code for IOS and publish it to the store
Two apps handyman app and customer apps, both react native.
Backend Node.js.

Below are some of the requirements, additional small things might be added:
- [ ] Review the latest feature done by previous developer and check/fix issues- i will give more details
- [ ] generate and publish the apps in app store and google play
- [ ] Check and verify sms
- [ ] Migrate the server to a new server (new hosting)
- [ ] Push notifications for new request in tech app not working also sound notification is not coming if the app is closed
- [ ] All apps using http need to make it https
- [ ] Tech app notifications list always in english - backend needs code
- [ ] Time slots should be adjusted to sudan time GMT+2
