Rent Calculation Explanation
For example, a property Generates 3000 monthly rent income, and has 1000 Token holders,
so monthly each token holder will get $3, yearly 36$.
Rent must be calculated on per second basis to reach that it would be done like this:

if we take $3000 monthly rent example
Total Yearly net Rent = $36000 / Per Year
Now Convert it to daily net rent =
Total Daily Net Rent = $36000/ 365.25 days. = $98.56262833675565
Total Hourly net rent = Daily net rent / 24 hours = $98.56262833675565 / 24 hours
= $4.106776180698152
Total Per Minute Rent = Hourly net rent / 60 minutes = 4.106776180698152 / 60 minutes
= $0.0684462696783025
Total Per second Rent = Per minute rent / 60 Seconds = 0.0684462696783025 / 60 seconds

Per Token Per Second Rent = Total Rent Per second / Total Number of Tokens issued for

So you need to make that rent calculation for all the properties we list on dineli with a control
to Disable / Enable rent calculations as there can be situations where a property makes no
rent. Each time a payment is sent there must be an option to generate a report for the rent paid
to given wallet addresses.
Rents would be calculated on per second basis however payment would be sent
weekly/bi-weekly/monthly so we should have that control in admin dashboard for this.
