React Vehicle Report PDF Service

I need a developer to build a standalone professional PDF generator for a vehicle history report website.

The website is built in Base44/React, but I do not want to give direct access to the Base44 project. I will provide sample JSON report data, screenshots of the online report, the current PDF output, theme colours, and SVG assets.

The job is to build a separate PDF generation service/template that accepts vehicle report JSON data and returns a polished A4 PDF.

Requirements:

* Build as a standalone Node.js / TypeScript service
* Prefer Playwright or Puppeteer for HTML-to-PDF generation
* Do not use a screenshot-based html2canvas/jsPDF approach
* Output should be a proper PDF with selectable/searchable text where possible
* Clean A4 layout with proper page breaks
* Professional dealer-style report design
* Branded Motovo colours and styling
* Repeated header/footer
* Styled cards, tables, badges, MOT history, valuation section, risk checks, damage details, and standard equipment
* Include SVG damage diagram where write-off damage areas exist
* Avoid content being cut off, stretched, or overlapping footers
* Should generate reasonably quickly, ideally under 3–5 seconds
* Include API key protection for the endpoint
* Provide README, sample JSON payload, and local run/deployment instructions

Deliverables:

1. Standalone project/repo or ZIP
2. PDF template source code
3. API endpoint, e.g. POST /generate-car-check-pdf
4. Sample generated PDF using my test data
5. Instructions for hosting/deployment
6. Instructions for integrating from my existing Base44 app

The developer will not receive Base44 admin access. Integration should be possible by calling the external PDF service from my app using the JSON report data.
