React-Node Website Revamp & Features

My existing website is built with a React front-end and a Node.js back-end. The core functionality works, but the user experience still feels basic and a few essential features are missing. I want to take the whole product up a notch—modern visuals, smoother interaction flows, and the new modules that users keep requesting.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• A fresh UI pass: polished layout, consistent spacing, crisp typography, and an intuitive colour system. If you’re comfortable working with design libraries such as Material-UI, Tailwind, or your own custom component set, that’s perfect.
• Thoughtful UX refinements: faster, clearer navigation, friction-free forms, micro-interactions where they add value, and full responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Feature add-ons: the codebase is ready for expansion, so you’ll integrate the missing pieces we identify together (think authentication upgrades, analytics dashboard, real-time notifications, or anything you can suggest that fits the roadmap).
• Clean, maintainable code: please keep everything modular, documented, and version-controlled via Git so hand-off and future iterations are painless.

I’ll provide repo access, an outline of current shortcomings, and any visual references you may need (Figma mock-ups if required). Once the new build is running locally, we can stage everything on a test server before pushing live.

Acceptance criteria
– Revamped UI matches agreed mock-ups and passes responsive testing.
– Added features are fully functional, bug-free, and integrated into the existing React/Node stack.
– Code is neatly organised, commented, and includes a short README for setup.
