React & Node Full-Stack Developer Needed for PayPal Portal Development

We are looking for full-stack developer(s) to complete a payment portal built from the ground up using up to date React and Node.js coding principles with mobile responsive capabilities. (React Hooks, not containers) on AWS
Project will need to include:
Ability to work on AWS environment
Integrated Merchant Onboarding
Merchant & Client Email Registration
JSON Variables Passed Through to the Transactions
Error Handling (Logging and Actions)
Working with PayPal Sandbox API & JS SDK Queries with rendering Code.
REST Application Extensive Knowledge
