React, Node.js, Express, (SQL/NoSQL) - Full Stack ToDo App with API and WEB Interface

I am looking to build a Full Stack ToDo App with API and WEB Interface using React, Node.js, and Express. The main purpose of this app is for personal use. I have a list of specific features and functionalities in mind that I would like to include. For the database, I prefer to use SQL.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and Express
- Experience in building Full Stack applications
- Expertise in SQL (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite, etc.) relational database management and design
- Ability to create a user-friendly and visually appealing WEB Interface
- Familiarity with GraphQL or REST API development and integration
- Login and Signup Authentication
Project Specifications:
- Small ToDo API and Web app with login/logout and sign up functionalities (only logged in users manage todos)
- Must be finished within 1 day (For a skilled programmer it should take a couple of hours)
- I have a specific design created for front end
- I have a complete working API with jwt token authentication for reference if needed
- Clean and modular structured code
I am open to suggestions and ideas for improving the app's functionality and design. The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and with high-quality standards.
