React - Node - Amazon S3

I am looking for a developer who can help me with a React - Node - Amazon S3 project. The main purpose of the project is to upload and store files.
Requirements:
- Experience with React, Node, and Amazon S3
- Ability to connect the project with an Amazon S3
- Knowledge of custom authentication method

Existing web application works on a VPS. Access to the same can be provided during discussion phase.
Requirement:
1. User management (Add/edit/delete) users.
2. User types - Admin and normal user type. Admin has full access to all sections of the application. Normal user is not allowed to certain sections of the application.
3. Pages in the application: Login, Forgot password, User registration, welcome screen after login, Upload page, Upload history page and Reports page.
4. Upload page - A "normal user" will be able to upload the file.
5. Since the files will be large, you will be required to utilize "Multi-part" resumable upload for all file uploads.
6. Admin should be able to see the current uploads(with percentage progress bar and other stats) in his welcome screen.
7. User can be shown his own upload history in the welcome screen.
8. Only Admin user has access to user management. Admin can view history of uploads of all users.
9. Reports page can show list of uploads. The list should be sort-able by username, date range, city name (Captured during user registration).
10. VERY IMPORTANT: File uploads should work seamlessly if internet is disconnected midway or the application is closed.
