React Native Telehealth App with WebRTC & Stripe connect

I'm looking to develop a telehealth application for both iOS and Android using React Native. The primary feature of this app will be HIPAA secure, two-sided video conferencing and chat to facilitate consultations between doctors and patients.
You must have at least 5 years experience with react native and have experience working with webRTC and proof of it. Need to have experience with node.js and react.
