React Native and Node.js App Refinement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A mobile app built with React Native (frontend) and Node.js (backend), using scraping to fetch data from Facebook Marketplace. The app currently has 4 screens.
Main Features:
Home Screen:
Displays Marketplace items using filters like price, status, location, etc.
Each item should open the original Facebook Marketplace link.
To do: Improve the UI of the filters and make sure filtering logic works correctly based on the scraped data.
Notifications:
Users receive notifications based on predefined groups.
Each group has its own filters and sending schedule.
Notifications should be triggered based on user credentials/token.
To do: Ensure notifications are correctly grouped and sent according to user settings.
Additional Screens to Implement:
Splash Screen: Showing the app logo (example name: Marketlancer).
Create Account Screen: Used only for enabling notifications for the user.
Notes:
Codebase already exists.
The current task is to:
Fix and enhance the home screen filters and linking.
Ensure notifications work correctly based on groups.
Add the splash and create-account screens.
