- Implement a React + TypeScript frontend with shadcn/ui & Tailwind, focusing on core data governance and role management.
- Connect the frontend to a cloud-based backend (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL) for multi-tenant orgs, tasks, domains, etc.
- Integrate Azure AD Single Sign-On for enterprise-level authentication.
- Deliver a stable, user-friendly MVP that proves our concept.
After the MVP
-We’ll assemble a dedicated team (or external partner) to rebuild or extend this tool as a native Microsoft application, ensuring deeper integration with Microsoft ecosystems (Teams, Purview, M365, etc.).
- Expand on advanced features like AI-based data classification, advanced analytics dashboards, or deeper compliance workflows.
Next Steps
- Hire or collaborate with an Azure-savvy full-stack dev (Node.js or .NET) to connect the MVP frontend to an Azure backend, implement SSO, and fix minor UI issues.
- Once the MVP is operational, collect feedback from pilot users, refine the workflows, and finalize requirements for the larger-scale Microsoft-native version.
Long-Term Vision
- This product to become a native Microsoft solution, natively integrated with the Azure environment, offering advanced data governance functionalities (e.g., Purview synergy, Teams notifications, and more).
